Welfare Benefits Tribunal Representation

Motherwell and Wishaw Citizens Advice Bureau will deliver advice and provide tribunal representation to individuals looking to challenge benefit decisions (including sanctions, housing benefit overpayment, PIP reconsiderations, etc)

We provide representation at welfare benefit and local authority tribunals. Our services include undertaking casework and offering representation at appeal hearings. We can also contact the Department for Work and Pensions on your behalf.

We will also provide comprehensive benefit checks making sure that clients are in receipt of their full entitlement.
