Advice for Tenants and Residents Project (AFTAR)

The project works with Housing Association tenants who have been impacted by welfare reform. As a result of welfare reform these tenants will have less income and may face difficulty in budgeting/managing their money and debt issues. We take referrals from five Housing Associations (listed below) and work with the clients to maximise their income, pay their priority payments and help them prepare for the introduction of Universal Credit.
